$185 plus tax minimum on all jobs:

Household Junk and Furniture on Driveway, Curb, or Garage:

$33-48 per a cubic yard (about $450+ to fill our 16ft trailer, prorated).

Remodeling/Construction Waste on Driveway, Curb, or Garage:

$35 per a cubic yard, to account for the extra weight/difficulty

Remodeling/Construction Waste in house or backyard:

$35-48 per a cubic yard, to account for the extra weight/distance

Denser materials like concrete, brick, dirt, tile, and shingles cost more to remove and standard rates don't apply. Prices available by in person quote for these materials. In general, we charge $125 per every thousand pounds to remove these denser materials.


Whole Home Trash Outs for Real Estate Investors:

Please call us at 281-610-6682. If you are a real estate investor, we are happy to come give free quotes in person for whole home trash outs. We can come clear out entire homes, we have references from local home flippers and landlords.

We accept Credit Cards, Checks, Cash, and even Venmo and Paypal for some smaller jobs

Demolition Specific Prices (plus tax):

Deck Removal: $1.50+/square foot, includes demolition and haul off. Minimum

$400. 4x4 concrete posts can be dug out at additional charge, or cut at base for no additional fee.

Shed Removal: $450 and up, jobs will have to be quoted in person. Less for smaller or metal sheds.

Wooden Play Set Removal: Typical childrens wooden playsets can be removed for $350.

Hot Tub Removal: Typical above ground hot tub can be removed for $400.
